Hello PiratPartiet!
We are the Portuguese Pirate Party and we're just getting started. In your links section ( http://www.piratpartiet.se/international/) you have a portuguese link but it no longer exists, it was another project that was left in 2007. We're currently working hard to write our own manifesto and to get lot of members to help us out in our quest. The link to our site is  http://www.partidopirata.co.cc/, change the original one to ours as soon as you can please.
